<p>多层多道焊 OSTrack  软件，可直接在带触摸屏的工业平板计算机上运行。凝聚了二十余年在多层多道焊应用领域的技术积淀。该软件软件与设备伺服控制系统对接，可实现实际焊缝轮廓的记忆存储和记忆路径重放焊接，解决了多层多道盖面焊 接时无法自动跟踪的问题，为窄间隙焊接中典型的长时间连续焊接作业，提供广泛的功 能支持与高可靠性的运行保障。</p>

<p>操作人员可通过彩色触摸屏轻松监控系统运行状态，既有效降低工作压 力，又能提升岗位工作满意度。</p>

<p>窄间隙焊接是一种高效、经济的焊接技术，其特点是使用较小的坡口角度和间隙宽度，以减少填充金属消耗、提高焊接效率、降低成本并改善接头性能。在窄间隙焊接过程中，由于焊缝窄而深（通常在100mm以上），对焊接定位和轨迹控制的精确度要求极高。常规的条纹式激光跟踪传感器无法对深坡口和小角度坡口进行准确成像，仅仅针对坡口上边缘进行识别。</p>



<p>窄间隙焊接专用激光焊缝跟踪技术正是针对这一需求，提供了一种高精度、实时的焊缝位置检测与引导手段，确保在窄间隙条件下实现高质量焊接。</p>

<p><strong>2. 焊接机器人和焊接专机的激光跟踪</strong></p>



<p>OS的激光视觉跟踪解决方案与其他厂家的相比，传感器分辨率高、可靠性好（不受铝合金和不锈钢坡口反光限制）。控制系统采用PC架构开发，软件功能可定制、可扩充，例如增加焊道测量功能，增加数据输出功能等，可以与世界知名机器人厂家配套，也可以与国产机器人开发专用的通讯接口。</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>随着道路交通、海洋工程、特种船舶等工业领域的快速发展，我国对中厚板焊接的需求也越来越大。在中厚板的焊接中，多层多道焊是常用的焊接方法之一。现阶段实际应用中多采用人工焊接，劳动强度大、焊接作业环境恶劣。例如在船舶制造领域，我国造船焊接工作量已经十分巨大，但是焊接作业的技术水平却仍然比较落后。其特点就是焊接自动化程度低、焊接质量不稳定和生产效率低下。尤其是随着工业技术水平的发展，“工业&nbsp;4.0”概念的提出对工厂的智能化和自动化提出了更高的要求，同时也对生产中的焊接工艺和设备提出了新的要求和标准。</p>
<p>目前厚板多层多道焊的主要问题是：随着焊接层数的增加，坡口实际情况与预计的状态相差越来越大，而目前的焊接自动化设备无法对这种变化及时做出反馈。当焊接进行到一定程度时，预先设定的焊接工艺和焊接轨迹就不再适应当前工件的实际焊接状态，导致焊接无法继续进行。除此之外在中厚板焊接过程中，工件焊缝的实际位置可能产生较大偏差，焊接过程热变形较大等也会对焊缝位置产生影响。因此，开发一种可以对多层多道焊的坡口特征进行实时反馈，调整工艺参数和焊接轨迹的智能化、自动化焊接系统十分重要。</p>

<p>oxford sensors公司开发了多层多道焊接激光焊缝跟踪及检测系统，采用大景深激光视觉传感器，实现：</p>
<p>1. 焊接过程中的焊缝跟踪；<br />
2. 多层多道自动排列焊道；<br />
3. 焊道自动切换，包括焊枪的左右和高低；</p>
