										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>近日，哈尔滨维捷焊接公司成功将多套熔池监控系统应用在轨道车辆机器人自动化焊接生产线中。这也是哈尔滨维捷公司与<strong>IGM公司</strong>在轨道交通领域又一次成功合作。项目特色如下：</p>

<li>采用了多个高动态HDR&gt;=140dB的熔池监控焊接相机。能够在强弧光下远程清晰观察焊接区域的电弧、熔池、焊丝及周边环境。操作者从烟尘、飞溅、机器人末端危险的环境中解脱出来，集中精力监控焊丝在坡口中的熔化情况。每个工位均配备了大尺寸显示屏，操作者通过其观察放大的焊接区域视频。相机能提供多条十字指示标线，用于辅助标识焊丝高度和相对于坡口的位置。</li>

<p>2. 配备了多个安防监控相机，对机器人工作站整体区域进行监控，实现安全和防护。</p>

<p>3. 除了各个机器人工作站旁边的大屏幕显示的同时，在车间实现各工位熔池监控系统和安防监控的集中显示，配备了24小时不间断循环录像装置，实现生产视频的存储和追溯。</p>
