										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>英国Oxford Sensors的OSTRACK激光焊缝跟踪系统，不但能够实现多层多道的焊缝跟踪，由于其传感器采用高精度CMOS相机，在激光条纹宽度45mm的情况下，分辨率高达0.02mm，对于像搅拌摩擦焊这样的铝合金紧密对接焊缝，识别起来也毫无压力，铝合金表面反光对其也无影响。</p>
<p>近期，两套OS的跟踪系统用在某工厂新能源动力电池的搅拌摩擦焊接设备上，整套FSW设备由<strong>南京英尼格玛工业自动化技术有限公司</strong>集成制造。</p>

<p><em>从上图可以看出，表面非常反光的铝合金紧密对接，激光传感器的识别非常稳定。</em></p>
